The Cube Design Project aims to redesign existing websites that do not align with the current brand image and enhance usability and improve the brand image for users.
This project is being developed with developers and it is being created through regular meetings. Through this process, it has been possible to cultivate communication methods and problem-solving skills in each department.
CHALLENGE
Reconstruct the structure of an ambiguous website to create a user-friendly layout that is essential.
Implement 'Chatbot' system in order to enhance usability and brand accessibility.
Define the brand image with design system that guides consistency in color, fonts, and images throughout the project.

Icon couldn't lead the user remind accurate categories
It has large space for service images so that the user can anticipate what is this service

Raised the words' readability
With the text box, the services titles became standing out from background images
When the images are unfolded, it is hard to catch what is this

Difficult to follow-up management, for any changes on the "Contact" part
The user needs to visit every pages for submission of various project in terms of printing & digital

Easy to manage contact page in the future without fixing every pages
More intuitive with icon-buttons to choose what the user needs
FINAL WIREFRMAE
Through various iterations and meetings, it was able to derive diverse layouts and solutions with optimal user experience. This process allowed me to successfully complete wireframes and chatbot processes.
